Hi, my name is Lucia, the coach trainer for this program and I love systems and strategies!!
When I was a kid, ‘Coaching’ was something I did naturally, way before ‘coaching’ was a thing. I had no idea that's what it was or how I was doing it... yet, other kids gravitated to me naturally to tell me their problems and get solutions. The only problem was there were too many people telling me their problems, I felt I had to STOP doing what I did naturally. That is, until, I was properly taught how to coach as a system!
Imagine, if you could lead in a way where people naturally gravitated to you! How would you use that skill?
This 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program teaches you that skill.
I am a Royal Roads University’s Certified Executive Coach since 2013. I became a Certified 5/5/5 Coach Trainer to teach more people how to coach so it was accessible to anyone!
In 2018, I became a Master Certified NLP Coach to create quick and effective change through neurolinguistics – the language we use and the connection to our senses. I'm currently working toward becoming a Certified Systems Business Coach to help purpose driven business owners stay profitable through implementing systems. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach, I'm constantly adding deeper levels of understanding as a coach. I FULLY GET / "understand" the power of coaching.
Through this course, I am the facilitator and coach trainer... I use coaching to help you truly understand the material of why this skill is important and different to consulting or teaching. You learn when to best coach and when to consult, mentor, teach or perhaps when therapy might be needed. Through this LIVE course, my intention is to have you practice this simple to follow coaching model. This course is not built only on theory or consumption of more knowledge, it is action based.
Outside of coaching, I'm a mother of 3, a wife, an entrepreneur, a Marvel fan, and a mom of a fur child. I have an never ending thirst to learn more about life and how to grow to be better version of myself every day. I am often spending my time learning something new through books or courses.
